TRAVELLING RULES AND REGULATIONS  

Cancelling and postponing tickets

•  Passengers are allowed to postpone ticket 3 times within 3 months with effect on 1^st purchase date. All tickets are void after 3 months period. 
• Any postponement or cancellation must be made within 5 hours before departure time. 

• 5% of ticket value will be charged if postponement is made before travel date.

• 10% of ticket value will be charged if postponement is made on travel date.

*Postponing is strictly subjected to 5 hours before departure time*

 
 Charges for cancelling ticket

• 10% of ticket value will be charged if cancellation is made before travel date.
• 20% of ticket value will be charged if cancellation is made 8 hours before departure time on travel date.
• 50% of ticket value will be charged if cancellation is made 5-8 hours before departure time.

*Cancellation of ticket is strictly subjected to 5 hours before departure time*

• Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage with total weight not exceeding 20 k.g. Charges apply for overweight items.
• In case of lost luggage , we will be responsible for no more than 1000 baht per passenger.
• We are not responsible for any broken items in the luggage.
• We are not responsible for carried on personal items.
• Strictly no pets or animals are allowed on the bus.
• Illegal items are strictly prohibited.
