Consignor (Sender) is responsible to inform consignee in picking up parcels at designated branches within 5 days. In case of picking up parcels later than 5 days, there will be storage charge (10% of delivery charges per day) However, in the case of perishable goods, consignee has to promptly pick up the goods before it perishes. Any delay in picking up the perishable items which cause the contents to be perished will result in the items being disposed away by suitable means.
Unless a higher value is declared and paid for insurance fees , our liability for each package is limited to 2000 baht. Our liability is strictly limited to direct loss and damage only.
We can arrange insurance for consignor (sender) covering the actual cash value in respect of loss of or physical damage to the parcel , provided consignor declares the value and pay 2% insurance premium of the actual value. We limit maximum liability at 100,000 baht.
Delivery receipt is not transferable.
Consignee is responsible for inspecting the items for any damages immediately after receiving them. We will not hold responsibility if consignee fail to inspect and report any damages after receiving the parcel.
Items unacceptable for carriage
money , explosives , human organs and body parts
firearms , weapons , ammunition
lottery tickets
items prohibited by law
pornography and / or obscene material
hazardous materials
high flammable substances / items
live animals
items that may cause damage to or delay of other shipments
** We reserve the right to refuse , hold , cancel , postpone or return any items at any time if such items would in the opinion of us be likely to cause damage or delay to other items, or the carriage of which is prohibited by law
Consignor has to provide proper packaging for the items to be delivered in order to prevent any damages. We will not be responsible for broken of any highly fragile items and any damages due to improper or inadequate packaging.
In the case that consignor does not specify “consignee only” , we will hand over the parcel to any person who correctly give the crucial information about the parcel and we will not be responsible for any consequences.
We are not responsible for perishing of perishable items.
In the case of any outstanding charges not settled or cleared , we reserve the right to hand over the parcels to consignee.
